Trained as a scientist, Joël holds a PhD in behavioral ecology and is particularly interested in the reproductive strategies of birds.

He is currently a lecturer in ecology at the University of Toulouse. Deeply concerned by the environment and its degradation at the hands of man, he was moved by A Rocha’s approach, which combines a commitment to the preservation of creation with Christian witness. He therefore decided to join the Board of Directors and hopes to contribute to the development of A Rocha France.
