Calling on the Ambassadors Network
Why call on the Network?
Are you a leader or member of a church or Christian group (such as a GBU, youth group, association, etc.) and would like to run a church event to share a Christian perspective on the ecological challenge with those around you? The Network can help you do just that.
- Plan a presentation by an ambassador on the themes proposed by A Rocha around ecology and faith.
- Meet ambassadors near you and organise activities (nature outings to observe the beauty of creation, cleaning up urban or rural areas, etc.).

Topics covered
The Ambassadors, who are based all over France, can speak on a wide range of topics depending on your needs.
Here are just a few examples:
- Is climate change really man-made, should we be worried about it, and what does it have to do with my faith?
- What is the biodiversity crisis and what does it have to do with me as a Christian?
- What does the Bible say about ecology and what can we do about the crisis?
- What are the Christian responses and hopes in the face of fears about the end of the world, ‘collapsology’ and eco-anxiety?
- Consumer society, lifestyle, climate justice, inequalities… and me?
- « The mission of the church is to save souls! Isn’t the church wasting its time on ecology?
- « Ecology is political! » Isn’t it risky for Christians to get involved in politics?
You can also suggest specific subjects, and the ambassadors can adapt their talks to suit.
How does it work?
It’s very simple.
⇒ If you would like to schedule a visit, please fill in the form « I would like an A Rocha Ambassador to come and visit me ». A member of our team will get in touch with you to understand your needs and define the scope of a possible visit.
⇒ If you would like to get in touch with Ambassadors near you, please contact Jean-François Mouhot to find out more.
There is no charge for the ambassadors’ visits, only travel expenses.
