This year, 2025, marks the 25th anniversary of A Rocha France. To mark the occasion, we organised a weekend of celebrations on 24 and 25 May 2025, in the Vallée des Baux (13).
The programme alternated between festive and convivial moments, including :
- Time to meet and share with some of the founders and pioneers of A Rocha France: Peter Harris, Rob and Petra Crofton, Frédéric Baudin, Pierre Berthoud and many others who honoured us with their presence!
- the screening of the film L’Oiseau Bleu by Jérôme Guillaumot and a talk by Timothée Schwartz, Scientific Director of A Rocha, on the European roller, which was attended by nearly a hundred people;
- a nature outing with a visit to the A Rocha centre in the Vallée des Baux and Mas Mireille;
- moments of celebration.
All the feedback from the weekend was very positive and we are grateful for the good times we had together.
