All go for A Rocha Toulouse

On Friday 14th January, more than twenty Toulouse residents of various ages and denominations gathered for the launch meeting of the local group “A Rocha Toulouse”.

After a brief scientific overview and a summary of what the Bible says about ecology, we had a great time of brain-storming to propose ideas and actions we would like to carry out together at local level. More than 30 different ideas for action and 20 different types of ideas emerged!

It was also a privileged time for the participants – to get to know each other better, to exchange ideas and pray together on the subjects that concern them.

It was a successful evening that gave rise to some beautiful encounters and which, we hope, is only the beginning of a “green revolution” in the churches! Let us pray that the glory of God and his love for his entire creation will be communicated through the actions of his children for the almost 800,000 inhabitants of the beautiful metropolis of Toulouse.
