How about gardening? A residential week to get you started

26 August 2022

Do you dream of starting a garden but don’t know how to go about it? Do you like to have your hands in the ground and dream of producing (some of) your own vegetables? Do you want to garden more ‘naturally’ and make better use of your local resources to improve the biodiversity of your garden? This week is for you!

Neither a training course for specialists nor an intensive permaculture course, this week offers you the opportunity to discover and put into practice some of the main principles of natural gardening. The mornings will allow you to tackle, in a theoretical and above all practical way, themes such as the conception and organisation of a productive and sustainable garden, the soil and how to take care of it, sowing and planting, composting and mulching techniques… The afternoons will be an opportunity to take full advantage of the exceptional environment of Les Courmettes, with walks, nature outings, and also time to rest or to discover the surrounding area at your own pace.
