A Rocha France is recruiting!

A Rocha France (ARF) is a Christian environmental organisation. Created in 2000 in France, it is part of an international network of nature protection associations established in 20 countries on five continents. Convinced that the ecological crisis (climate change, collapse of biodiversity, pollution…) is the major challenge of the 21st century, we have a double mission: to preserve the environment and to mobilise Christians (for a complete presentation of our actions, see our activity report).

Cook for Les Courmettes

We are recruiting a cook to join the team of permanent staff who work at Les Courmettes to welcome a variety of people: training courses on the Christian faith and/or ecology, trainees, volunteers, weddings, etc. Most of the team members live on site in community life oriented towards hospitality. • Within the framework of the CoCliCo project :

financed by the European Union, we are recruiting two full-time staff members on permanent contracts, starting on 1 February 2022. These posts require fluent French so the links will direct you to the job offers in French.

Communications and Fundraising Manager

To be effective in its mission, A Rocha needs to become better known and build a financially sustainable base for its growth. Improved communication is fundamental to achieving this goal. ARF’s overall communication and fundraising has until now been managed by the director with the help of a part-time assistant. Thanks to the CoCliCo funding, ARF can now proceed with the recruitment of a full-time Communication and Fundraising Officer and give the organisation the visibility it needs to have more impact and raise more funds to pursue its mission. Ambassador Network Coordinator

In order to raise awareness of the ecological crisis in the Protestant world, to support behavioural change and to encourage collective action for more sustainable lifestyles among Christians, we want to expand the existing network of A Rocha France Ambassadors. Officially launched in January 2021, the Ambassadors programme currently has almost 150 supporters and 30 confirmed Ambassadors, who are being trained to raise awareness of the importance of safeguarding creation. Until now, the development of the Ambassadors programme has been driven by a steering committee made up mainly of volunteers, thus limiting its capacity. We are recruiting for an Ambassador network coordinator to enable the network to continue its growth. See the job offer
